The Bible Bans Decorated Trees

Many Christians are of the opinion that Christmas is under attack by non-believers who point out that Christmas is actually an old pagan holiday celebrating the winter solstice and that the Christmas tree is a symbol of survival of the winter representing the continuation of life and has nothing to do with the birth of Christ. This celebration, which was cleverly adopted by the Church, goes back to biblical times. If Christians believe that the Bible is the word of God then they should BAN the use of the Christmas tree as an abomination to God.  In the Holy Book, Jeremiah 10:2-8 one finds the command:” Thus said the Lord. Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven: for the heathen are dismayed at them. For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and gold, they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not……. They are altogether brutish and foolish…….. Well let’s see how many Christians will ban the Christmas Trees and follow the command of God . according to his word!
