Many have argued that the odds of life forming by chance are so great that it is impossible for the laws of nature to accomplish it and that therefore it constitutes proof that an intelligent designer must exist.
I just found this website, which opens the possibility of actually testing whether, rather than chance, life is an inevitable outcome of the natural laws of thermodynamics and not a result of chance at all. Science will find that out, like many other theories in the past have been proven, through experiment and observation (the earth is not flat after all). If we find that is the case, life should be ubiquitous throughout the universe. The conclusion that “God did it” is a little premature. Go to:
